Our northern California weather has been all over the board recently -even hail- but
when it's sunny and a little warm now is the time to be out in your garden-planning, sweeping, removing plants that didn't make it.
I plant herbs in April ( mainly in containers close to my kitchen door) but wait until the soil is warm (about 65 degrees) before planting tomatoes, or zucchini or any other summer veggie.
Here in Petaluma, that's usually around May 1st. Who knows this year, however because it's still pretty cold with some frost.

I hadn't and am hooked.
Don't like the cutting open and lots of blood scenes, but the characters are wonderful.
